Hi, I’m Mayra! I graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. Shortly after, I started as a Project Manager on the Brand Citizens Team at 72andSunny. Here I was able to grow into my role and gained guidance and valuable advice from my Directors that propelled me forward. As I grew into my role, I received the opportunity to work at Buzzfeed as a Project Manager and with the blessing of my Directors I continued my growth. I was able to expand my skills as a Project Manager at Buzzfeed. I managed freelancers, lead teams, and became extremely confident in my role. I continue to strive to become a better Project Manager than I was yesterday and put these organizational skills to use!
