BUZZFEED - CONTENT CREATOR

While at Buzzfeed as a Project Manager on the social team, I played a big role in the social media content generated by the brand. Along with maintaining posting schedules for freelancers and managing them, I lead social media brainstorms to prepare us for heavy content months. I was also given the opportunity to create short form content for TikTok and YouTube Shorts. The main channel I created content for was Goodful, but I created content for other channels like Pero Like, Buzzfeed main, etc as well.

BUZZFEED - GOODFUL TIKTOK CONTENT

I was tasked with creating content specifically for our Goodful TikTok and YouTube Shorts. The content consisted of recipes, taste tests, and makeup videos.

I was able to get creative with the different videos I created and suggested ideas that myself or our other content creators could execute.

I was also able to test different techniques to see the success they would garner. For example, adding soft controversy into videos as a way of starting up a discussion in the comments, but not tarnishing the brand - our team loved technique and began using it often.
