Susan was looking for help with expanding her reach to YouTube while also looking for recommendations of what kind of content she should be making on the platform.

I started by transferring some of her TikTok videos to shorts, experimenting with days and times to find her optimal days to post. Once that was figured out, a posting schedule was created and all TikToks were transferred over to YouTube. The follower count grew from 0 to 400+ but we did not want Shorts to be the main focus so we started brainstorming her long form content.

I created a tracking spreadsheet to keep track of what content is performing well on which platforms so that we can adjust accordingly.

We are currently in the process of brainstorming long form YouTube content that expands her reach and is sustainable to create since influencing is not her full time job.

Susan Park is an art influencer that goes by the social name thatsprettyneeat. Her content focuses on giving commentary, history and insight into all different kinds of art. She has a very niche audience which is what interested me to work with her in the first place because it would be a challenge to expand her reach from one platform to another.

As I digested her content to brainstorm how we could grow even more, I started to notice trends of what got the most views. Any content relating to Yayoi Kusama, celebrities, and art being destroyed, stolen, or defaced (more specifically the Mona Lisa).
